     We gaurantee landscape materials and irrigation systems for one year from the date of completion of the project.  We also conduct periodic "warranty walkthroughs"  A Empire representative will meet you at your home and walkthrough your newly installed landscape to answer any questions you might have, give advice on plant materials and make sure everything is looking like it should.
